That’s why I offer executive coaching on a highly selective basis — working with no more than five clients at a time to ensure depth, focus, and measurable transformation.

When my capacity is full, I personally connect potential clients with trusted members of the Kaizenness network, ensuring they receive guidance that matches our standards of excellence.

I divide my time between Barcelona, my hometown and source of grounding; New York, which brings inspiration and pace; and Palo Alto, where I collaborate on projects at the intersection of leadership, innovation, and technology.
